Chapter 94 — Real Property Development

ORS 94.806 Legislative finding

The Legislative Assembly finds and declares that there is a need to:

(1)

Protect timeshare purchasers by requiring full and adequate disclosure of all pertinent facts about the timeshare plan; and

(2)

Provide reasonable regulation of the timeshare industry while encouraging the growth and development of the industry in Oregon.
