Chapter 100 — Condominiums

ORS 100.122 Declaration prevails over inconsistent provisions of bylaws or articles of incorporation

In the event of a conflict between the declaration and the bylaws or between the declaration and any articles of incorporation, the declaration shall prevail except to the extent the declaration is inconsistent with ORS 100.005 to 100.910.

Note: 100.122 was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 100 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
