Chapter 100 — Condominiums

ORS 100.430 Unit deeds; contents

The deed of a unit shall contain:

(1)

The name of the property, and the recording index numbers and date of recording of the declaration and in the case of a staged or flexible condominium, the applicable supplemental declaration or declaration amendment.

(2)

The unit designation of the unit.

(3)

Any further details the grantor and grantee may consider desirable.
