Chapter 109 — Parent and Child Rights and Relationships

ORS 109.721 Priority

If a question of existence or exercise of jurisdiction under ORS 109.701 to 109.834 is raised in a child custody proceeding, the question, upon request of a party, must be given priority on the calendar and handled expeditiously.
