Chapter 12 — Limitations of Actions and Suits

ORS 12.070 Action on judgment, decree or sealed instrument

(1)

An action upon a judgment or decree of any court of the United States, or of any state or territory within the United States; or

(2)

An action upon a sealed instrument entered into before August 13, 1965,

shall be commenced within 10 years.
