Chapter 12 — Limitations of Actions and Suits

ORS 12.420 Purpose

ORS 12.410 to 12.480 shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of ORS 12.410 to 12.480 among states enacting it.
