Chapter 133 — Arrest and Related Procedures; Search and Seizure; Extradition

ORS 133.485 Perishable property; livestock or fowls

If any of the property seized, as provided in ORS 133.465, is perishable, or livestock or fowls where the cost of keeping is great, the sheriff shall, upon order of the court, sell the same in the manner in which property is sold on execution.
