Chapter 133 — Arrest and Related Procedures; Search and Seizure; Extradition

ORS 133.745 Determination of security requirements to carry out extradition

The Governor shall determine the security requirements necessary to safely carry out the extradition of a person from another state including, but not limited to, the number of agents needed to secure the return of a person under ORS 133.743 to 133.857.
