Chapter 136 — Criminal Trials

ORS 136.285 Priority in trial schedule for defendants in custody

The court shall endeavor to schedule trial dates for defendants in custody before defendants who have been released pending trial, subject however to rights of all defendants to be tried without unreasonable delay.
