Chapter 136 — Criminal Trials

ORS 136.565 Issuance of subpoena by district attorney for witnesses at trial

The district attorney may issue subpoenas subscribed by the district attorney for not to exceed 10 witnesses within the state in support of an indictment to appear before the court at which it is to be tried.
