ORS 144.059 State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision Account

The State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision Account is established separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys received by the State Board of Parole and Post-Prison Supervision, other than appropriations from the General Fund, shall be deposited into the account and are continuously appropriated to the board to carry out the duties, functions and powers of the board.

Note: 144.059 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 144 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
