ORS 144.603 Withdrawal from compact

If a state withdraws from the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision as provided in Article XII (a) of the compact, the Department of Corrections may negotiate an agreement with the withdrawing state to fulfill the purposes of ORS 144.600.
