Chapter 182 — State Administrative Agencies

ORS 182.162 Definitions for ORS 182.162 to 182.168

As used in ORS 182.162 to 182.168:

(1)

“State agency” has the meaning given that term in ORS 358.635.

(2)

“Tribe” means a federally recognized Indian tribe in Oregon.
