ORS 182.456 Definitions for ORS 182.456 to 182.472

As used in ORS 182.456 to 182.472:

(1)

“Board” means a semi-independent state agency listed in ORS 182.454.

(2)

“License” includes licenses, registrations, certifications, permits or other forms of permission required by law to pursue an occupation or engage in a business regulated by a board.
