Chapter 198 — Special Districts Generally

ORS 198.927 Annexation of dissolved district

Upon dissolution of a district pursuant to ORS 198.920, a district that was formed under the same principal Act as the district that was dissolved may annex, pursuant to ORS 198.850 to 198.869, all or any part of the territory of the dissolved district.

Note: 198.927 was added to and made a part of ORS chapter 198 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
