Chapter 225 — Municipal Utilities

ORS 225.320 Ownership and operation of irrigation and fire protection facilities by city within or without city limits

Any city may own, acquire, construct, equip, operate and maintain within or without its statutory or corporate limits, in whole or in part, facilities for irrigation and fire protection.
