Chapter 225 — Municipal Utilities

ORS 225.340 Establishing rates

The city governing body may establish just and equitable rates or charges to be paid for the use of the irrigation and fire protection facilities by each person, firm or corporation whose premises are served thereby, or upon subsequent service thereto.
