Chapter 243 — Public Employee Rights and Benefits

ORS 243.684 Requirements for petition for representation

A petition for representation filed under ORS 243.682 (2) must include a statement of a desire by the employees to be represented and must be signed and dated by the employees during the 180 days before the petition is filed with the Employment Relations Board.

Note: 243.684 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 243 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
