Chapter 251 — Voters’ Pamphlet

ORS 251.012 Size, format and distribution of voters’ pamphlet; rules

The Secretary of State by rule shall prescribe the size, format and method of distribution of any state voters’ pamphlet, subject to the limits described in this chapter.
