Chapter 251 — Voters’ Pamphlet

ORS 251.230 Effect if explanatory statement not filed

If an explanatory statement is not filed by a committee under ORS 251.215 or by the Legislative Counsel Committee under ORS 251.225, the measure shall be printed in the voters’ pamphlet without the explanatory statement.
