Chapter 273 — State Lands Generally

ORS 273.306 Execution and record of deeds

(1)

Upon full payment of the purchase price and any accrued interest thereon the Director of the Department of State Lands shall execute a deed to the purchaser in a form prescribed by the rules of the Department of State Lands.

(2)

The department shall maintain appropriate records of all deeds issued under this section.
