Chapter 273 — State Lands Generally

ORS 273.578 Plan approval; review of modifications by commission

(1)

The Sixty-first Legislative Assembly approves the Oregon Natural Areas Plan submitted under ORS 273.576.

(2)

The State Parks and Recreation Commission may review and approve or disapprove any modification to the Oregon Natural Areas Plan submitted by the State Parks and Recreation Department.
