Chapter 279C — Public Contracting - Public Improvements and Related Contracts

ORS 279C.550 “Retainage” defined

As used in ORS 279C.550 to 279C.570, “retainage” means the difference between the amount earned by a contractor on a public improvement contract and the amount paid on the contract by the contracting agency.
