Chapter 286A — STATE BORROWING

ORS 286A.015 Payment of expenses of State Treasurer

Moneys received under ORS 286A.014 are continuously appropriated to the State Treasurer for the payment of expenses of the State Treasurer in connection with bonds of the State of Oregon or a public body as defined in ORS 287A.001.

Note: 286A.015 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 286A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
