ORS 286A.860 Budgeting for Article XI-G bonds

The Higher Education Coordinating Commission shall request that the Governor include in the Governor’s budget request to the Legislative Assembly for each biennium amounts that are sufficient to pay:

The costs of grant contract disbursements during the biennium for any projects to be financed by the issuance of Article XI-G bonds;

The debt service due during the biennium for any Article XI-G bonds that have been or will be issued;

Amounts billed during the biennium by the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, or the commission, under ORS 286A.863 (2); and

Any bond-related costs associated with any Article XI-G bonds.
