ORS 291.044 State agency quarterly report of employee pay-line exceptions
For each calendar quarter, a state agency shall report to the Oregon Department of Administrative Services the number of state agency employees during the preceding calendar quarter who received a pay-line exception and the amount of each pay-line exception. For each calendar quarter, the department shall compile the results of the state agency reports and submit the results to the Legislative Fiscal Officer.
As used in this section:
“Pay-line exception” means any dollar amount added to the base salary of an employee, including, but not limited to, as a percentage of the base salary or as a specified dollar amount.
“State agency” has the meaning given that term in ORS 291.263.
Note: 291.044 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 291 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
