Chapter 329 — Oregon Educational Act for the 21st Century; Educational Improvement and Reform

ORS 329.499 Report to Legislative Assembly on physical education

Prior to February 1 of each odd-numbered year, the Department of Education shall report to the Legislative Assembly on the data collected under ORS 329.498 for the prior two school years.
