Chapter 337 — Books and Instructional Materials

ORS 337.035 Establishment of guidelines and criteria for review and selection of textbooks and instructional materials; rules

The State Board of Education by rule shall establish guidelines and criteria for the review and selection of textbooks and other instructional materials to be placed on the list adopted under ORS 337.050.
