Chapter 337 — Books and Instructional Materials

ORS 337.080 Report of textbook and instructional material adoptions

The State Board of Education shall immediately report to the public the textbooks and instructional materials that have been adopted and placed on the list under ORS 337.050. The report shall be signed by the chairperson of the board.
