Chapter 352 — Public Universities

ORS 352.027 Legislative intent

Chapter 768, Oregon Laws 2013, is intended to preserve the autonomy of the public universities listed in ORS 352.002.

Note: 352.027 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 352 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.

Note: Legislative Counsel has substituted “chapter 768, Oregon Laws 2013,” for the words “this 2013 Act” in section 172a, chapter 768, Oregon Laws 2013, compiled as 352.027. Specific ORS references have not been substituted, pursuant to 173.160.
