Chapter 352 — Public Universities

ORS 352.256 Alcohol and drug abuse policy and implementation plan

In consultation with the Oregon Health Authority and the Alcohol and Drug Policy Commission, each public university listed in ORS 352.002 shall adopt a comprehensive alcohol and drug abuse policy and implementation plan.
