Chapter 357 — Libraries; State Archivist; Poet Laureate

ORS 357.226 District board members; appointment of librarian

(1)

The officers of the district shall be a board of five members, to be elected by the electors of the district. The district board shall appoint a district librarian, who shall be the secretary for the district.

(2)

Any elector residing within the district shall be qualified to serve as a district board member.
