ORS 357.330 Definitions for ORS 357.330 to 357.370

As used in ORS 357.330 to 357.370, except where the context otherwise requires:

(1)

“Compact” means the Interstate Library Compact.

(2)

“Public library agency”, with reference to this state, means the State Library or any local government unit authorized by ORS 357.410 to establish a public library, or any public library board.
