ORS 36.226 Public bodies other than state agencies; confidentiality of mediation communications
Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, mediation communications in mediations in which a public body other than a state agency is a party are confidential and may not be disclosed or admitted as evidence in subsequent adjudicatory proceedings, as described in ORS 36.222 (7).
A public body other than a state agency may adopt a policy that provides that all or part of mediation communications in mediations in which the public body is a party will not be confidential.
