Chapter 406 — Department of Veterans’ Affairs

ORS 406.079 Health care navigation assistance

The Director of Veterans’ Affairs shall provide statewide expertise, advocacy, coordination and assistance to veterans to assist veterans in navigating federal, state and local health care and mental health care systems for the purpose of obtaining health care and mental health care.

Note: 406.079 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 406 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
