Chapter 406 — Department of Veterans’ Affairs

ORS 406.448 Definitions

As used in ORS 406.087, 406.450, 406.452, 406.454 and 406.456:

(1)

“Survivor of a veteran” means the spouse or a dependent of a deceased veteran.

(2)

“Veteran” has the meaning given that term in ORS 408.225.
