Chapter 413 — Oregon Health Authority

ORS 413.034 Oregon Health Authority officers and employees

Subject to any applicable provisions of ORS chapter 240, the Director of the Oregon Health Authority shall appoint all subordinate officers and employees of the Oregon Health Authority, prescribe their duties and fix their compensation.
