Chapter 413 — Oregon Health Authority

ORS 413.560 Moneys received credited to account in Oregon Health Authority Fund

All moneys received by the Oregon Council on Health Care Interpreters under ORS 413.550 to 413.560 shall be paid into the Oregon Health Authority Fund and credited to an account designated by the authority. Such moneys shall be used only for the administration and enforcement of the provisions of ORS 413.550 to 413.560.
