Chapter 426 — Persons With Mental Illness; Dangerous Persons; Commitment; Housing

ORS 426.129 Community liaison

The Oregon Health Authority shall employ at least one individual to serve as a liaison between the authority and communities in which the authority plans to establish housing for persons conditionally released by the Psychiatric Security Review Board or for persons with mental illness.

Note: 426.129 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 426 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
