Chapter 426 — Persons With Mental Illness; Dangerous Persons; Commitment; Housing
ORS 426.490 Policy
It is declared to be the policy and intent of the Legislative Assembly that the State of Oregon shall assist in improving the quality of life of persons with chronic mental illness within this state by ensuring the availability of an appropriate range of residential opportunities and related support services.
Note: 426.490 to 426.500 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 426 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
