Chapter 446 — Manufactured Dwellings and Structures; Parks; Tourist Facilities; Ownership Records; Dealers and Dealerships

ORS 446.140 Notice of removal from park

No person, firm or corporation shall remove a manufactured dwelling from a mobile home or manufactured dwelling park without first giving the owner or operator of the park 72 hours’ notice.
