Chapter 446 — Manufactured Dwellings and Structures; Parks; Tourist Facilities; Ownership Records; Dealers and Dealerships

ORS 446.581 Abandoned structure ownership transfer; rules

The Department of Consumer and Business Services shall adopt rules to provide for the transference of an ownership document for an abandoned manufactured structure to a landlord pursuant to ORS 90.425 or 90.675 and ORS 446.616 (2).
