Chapter 447 — Plumbing; Architectural Barriers

ORS 447.023 Small restaurant requirements

Rules adopted under ORS 447.020 shall allow restaurants with an occupancy capacity of no more than 15 persons, including employees and patrons, to have only one toilet fixture and adjacent lavatory on the premises.
