Chapter 447 — Plumbing; Architectural Barriers

ORS 447.280 Enforcement powers

The provisions of ORS 447.210 to 447.280 and rules adopted under them shall be considered part of the state building code and violations shall be subject to the provisions of ORS 455.450.
