Chapter 456 — Housing

ORS 456.433 Funding of clearinghouse

Costs to operate the manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse shall be collected from:

(1)

A registration fee;

(2)

A user fee; or

(3)

Any other available federal, state, local or private funding source designed to support the formation or operation of a manufactured dwelling site information clearinghouse.
