Chapter 456 — Housing

ORS 456.612 Declaration of financing purpose

The Legislative Assembly finds and declares that the primary purpose of financing by the Housing and Community Services Department is to provide affordable housing for persons and families of lower income.

Note: 456.612 was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 456 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
