Chapter 459A — Reuse and Recycling

ORS 459A.045 Request for modification or variance

Any affected person may:

(1)

Request the Environmental Quality Commission to modify the recyclable material for which the commission determines the opportunity to recycle must be provided; or

(2)

Request a variance under ORS 459A.055.
