Issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and the production of books, records and documents relating to matters before the commission.
Administer oaths.
Take or cause to be taken depositions within or without this state, as provided by law.
The commission, upon request of any person interested in a matter before the commission, may issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses or the production of books, records or documents on behalf of such person.
