Chapter 462 — Racing

ORS 462.990 Penalties

(1)

Except as provided in this section, violations of any provision of this chapter is a Class A misdemeanor.

(2)

Any person violating the provisions of ORS 462.420, 462.430, 462.450, 462.460, 462.470 or 462.415 (2) commits a Class C felony.

(3)

Any person who conspires or attempts to commit or commits any act of touting as defined in ORS 462.510 commits a Class B misdemeanor.

(4)

Any person violating the provisions of ORS 462.140 (1) commits a Class A misdemeanor.
