Chapter 464 — Games

ORS 464.480 Procedure for suspension, revocation or denial of license

Whenever the Department of Justice proposes to suspend or revoke or refuse to issue or renew a license or permit, opportunity for a hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.
